The dustjackets show a very small amount of rubbing, and the colors are very crisp and bright, with only a bit of fading to the bright colors, mostly The Fellowship and The Return of the King. Dustjackets are not price clipped, and none of the books have a blindstamp to the rear boards. Original maps are attached at the rear of the 3 Lord of the Rings and Silmarillion books, where the Hobbit has its maps bound into the textblock instead of as endpapers. Also the back pastedown of the Hobbit has the lower corner peeled off, one of the photos show the minor damage.
